Abstract:

Motivation is typically termed as the enabling of objective oriented behavior. The Motivational behavior can be on an individual level or could expand to a monolith organizational framework. It is a proven fact that the factors related to motivation help craft a productive service oriented environment. On the flip side the prevalence of De-motivating factors like unfair criticism, favoritism, and lack of incentives to the workforce, office politics, and unfair treatment may lead to declining service delivery in an organizational setup.

This paper intends to evaluate the impacts of de-motivators on service delivery of telecom sector in Pakistan, through a case study of major telecom operators in Pakistan.
